Most scheduled monuments are not occupied buildings and have no postal address or postcode of their own. In rural and coastal areas, the nearest geocodable postal address may be several miles away.
Medieval homestead moat to the west of Wildwood Copse, partly water filled and in good condition. The south arm is occupied by a stream which formerly supplied the moat. Within the enclosed area, is a low earthen mound containing large quantities of broken medieval roof tile and some brick fragments, probably marking the site of a building. The entrance was probably across the eastern arm where there is a break in the outer retaining bank which extends around the east and north sides. Scheduled.
