Most scheduled monuments are not occupied buildings and have no postal address or postcode of their own. In rural and coastal areas, the nearest geocodable postal address may be several miles away.
Cup and ring-marked stone found in the 1930s and now in the Blackgate Museum. The triangular slab of stone is 3ft 4ins by 2ft 8ins and is carved with about 18 cups, two of them with rings. It has been suggested that the stone may have been part of a cist.
