A bowl barrow visible as an earthern mound, standing to a height of circa 3 metres and covering a circular area circa 30 metres in diameter. Inserted into the north west side of the mound are the remains of a Second World War pillbox. The pillbox is rectangular in shape with angled corners and was constructed in 1940-41. The long sides measure 2.2 metres, the short sides 2.16 metres and the angled corners are 1.07 metres. The walls are 590mm thick .There is a concrete apron over the entrance.
