Most scheduled monuments are not occupied buildings and have no postal address or postcode of their own. In rural and coastal areas, the nearest geocodable postal address may be several miles away.
A Bronze Age round barrow 150m north east of Silver Hill Farm, showing evidence of early excavation, mound still visible as an earthwork 1.5m high and 14m across, although the surrounding ditch is not. One of the three barrows at Silver Hill Farm (see also SE 58 NW 12 & 13) is the source of a Bronze Age bronze spearhead, though it is unclear which one. The barrow was also mapped as part of the North York Moors National Park NMP project and is extant on the latest 2009 vertical photography. Scheduled.
