A much worn wheel headed cross stands at the side of the road leading from the rectory to St Symphorian's church. It has a base of limestone and is apparently not in situ. According to Maclean, who saw the cross in its present position in 1866, it originally stood by the side of the road below the church and adjoined a field called "Cross Parke" in a Terrier of 1679.
