Notes

A bowl barrow lying on a north west facing slope on Newbarn Down 570 metres south west of Swainstondown Gate. The barrow includes a flinty mound 18 metres in diameter and 0.4 metres high surrounding which is a quarry ditch. This is no longer visible on the surface but will survive as a buried feature 2 metres wide. Scheduled.
