Most scheduled monuments are not occupied buildings and have no postal address or postcode of their own. In rural and coastal areas, the nearest geocodable postal address may be several miles away.
A probable Neolithic oval barrow recorded in 1973 by the Ordnance Survey as an elongated heather-covered mound, orientated northeast-southwest, and measuring 17 metres by 12.5 metres. The downhill northeast end stood 1.7 metres high, the other end 0.9 metres. Depressions suggestive of side ditches are visible in the heather on either side of the mound.
