A pillbox, which once formed part of the World War Two ground defences of the former RAF Bicester, in particular the former technical site with its aircraft hangars. it is likeley to have been built in the early years of the war, possibly 1940-1941. It is part of the 16 constraint areas forming the Scheduled Monument at this important site.
