The barrow has an earth and stone mound which measures 17 metres in diameter and stands up to 1.5 metres high. In the centre of the mound there is a slight hollow caused by excavations in the past. An excavation by S Anderson in 1852-53 is noted to have uncovered a cremation. Scheduled.
