Medieval moat thought to have been the site of a manor house. The moat encloses a rectangular platform 52 by 40 metres. On the western side is the river Tarrant. The moat is now only visible on the northern and eastern sides where it survives as an earthwork up to 8 metres wide and 1.5 metres deep. Inner and outer banks are most clearly visible on the northern side. Two irregular platforms on the island may represent the site of buildings. Scheduled.
