3 possibly Late Neolithic or Bronze Age bowl barrows located 580 metres west of Cheesefoot Head on Fawley Down. All have been heavily ploughed. The middle barrow has been mainly destroyed due to excavations conducted for Winchester City Museum in 1968. Of the other 2 the smaller has a subcircular shaped mound with a deep hollow on its south east side due to a past excavation. The larger barrow has been squared off by ploughing. Scheduled.
