Bronze Age round barrow which stands 0.7 metres high and 8 metres in diameter situated on west facing slope above Hard Dale Gill towards western edge of Broxa Forest. The ditch has become in-filled and is no longer visible. The centre of the mound features a hollow caused by partial excavation in 1949 by Lamplough and Lidster which showed the barrow to be constructed of stone with a clay dome below which were found 2 pits. Finds included the remains of 5 cremations, urns, an arrowhead and flints.
