A walled warrening enclosure, consisting of a dry stone wall 0.6 metres high, containing a rabbit type or trap. The trap lies towards the north eastern end of the enclosure and comprises a circular, stone-lined flared pit, 0.7 metres deep. The enclosure is thought to have formed part of Whitecliffe Rigg Warren, first documented in 1786. It is believed to have continued in use until the end of the 19th century.
