Bronze Age cairnfield, ring cairn and field system on Thwaites Fell. The cairnfield consists of over 200 clearance cairns, standing up to 0.6 metres high. The ring cairn survives as a well-defined circle of stones surrounding a largely stone-free centre. The field system survives as a number of enclosures and stone banks or walls.
