Most scheduled monuments are not occupied buildings and have no postal address or postcode of their own. In rural and coastal areas, the nearest geocodable postal address may be several miles away.
Earthworks of part of a Medieval manorial farmstead. Field investigations in 1972 and 1982 identified a set of multiple ditches to the north and east. These comprised two main ditches up to 1.5 metres deep, separated by a low bank, with a slight outer bank on the north side. Between the outer enclosure and the sinuous ditch within the enclosure was a block of short ridge and furrow. In the south was a series of indeterminate earthworks which may be the sites of former buildings.
