Most scheduled monuments are not occupied buildings and have no postal address or postcode of their own. In rural and coastal areas, the nearest geocodable postal address may be several miles away.
The cropmark of a sub-circular multivallate enclosure of probable Iron Age date. The overall dimensions of the site are c.150 by c.180m, with an internal area of c.90m by c.110m. Three, and in places four, ditches define the site, which contains at least three hut circles. There is an entrance through the south-eastern part of the defences. The western part of the defences are partially obscured by unfavourable soil conditions.
