Notes

Viking inhumation dated by a sword pommel to after 875. A bronze pin and stylus, the latter 8th or 9th century, were also asociated with the inhumation. The finds wrre made while grave digging in 1915. Stone-walling, thought to be that of a Saxon church, were also found.
