Most scheduled monuments are not occupied buildings and have no postal address or postcode of their own. In rural and coastal areas, the nearest geocodable postal address may be several miles away.
A curvilinear enclosure is visible as a cropmark on air photographs. Measuring circa 30 metres by 13 metres, it appears as a rectangular feature with slightly convex sides and possibly rounded ends. It may represent the site of a plough-levelled long barrow. It is a short distance north-east of 3 further cropmarks, at least one of which (SU 77 NE 39) is of Neolithic date, and these in turn are a short distance northeast of the eastern terminal of the Sonning Cursus (SU 77 NE 119). Northeast of the possible long barrow is a linear feature, presumably a later field boundary which appears to terminate on another enclosure (see SU 77 NE 122 for these features).
