Description

W F Crombie, as home and office for himself. Later 19th

century incorporating 18th century 2-storey 3-bay house at W;

remodelled circa 1980 incorporating outbuilding to S (latter

excluded from listing). L-plan; balustraded narrow 2-bay

elevation recessed from street, painted ashlar aedicular

doorpiece left, and bipartite; original house with end

stacks, rooflights over former architect's studio. Slated

roofs.

Single square channelled red ashlar gatepiers with pedimented

cap.
