A medieval or later tinner's hut associated with streamworks on the West Okement River and its tributaries, Brim Brook and Lint's Tor Brook. Archaeological field surveys in 1993 and 2004 found it to be one of three such buildings along the Lint's Tor Brook section of steamworks. It was found to be poorly preserved and built into the southern edge of streamworks flanking the Lints Tor Brook 350 metres northwest of Lint's Tor. The hut consists of a levelled platform oriented west-south-west to east-north-east cut into the cliff marking the edge of the streamworks. Internal dimensions measure approximately 3 metres by 1.4 metres. Although there is no obvious entrance there is a gap in the north wall. No identifiable features were recorded within the interior.
