Medieval settlement comprising four long houses and a field system. The long houses are ovoid in shape constructed of turf and stone and grouped in two pairs. The southern pair are 9m by 4m and 7.5m by 3m. The walls are 6.5m high and 0.6m wide with entrances towards the western end. The second pair are similar with walls up to 0.35m high. In the same field are the remains of linear clearance features comprising three lengths of furf containing large stones. Two of the banks outline a later disused hollow way. The area is within a post medieval enclosure. Scheduled.
