Most scheduled monuments are not occupied buildings and have no postal address or postcode of their own. In rural and coastal areas, the nearest geocodable postal address may be several miles away.
Two Bronze Age barrows: a round barrow and a bowl barrow identified to the south of Tytherington Hill. The bowl barrow survives as an earthwork measuring 10m by 7m and 0.5 metres high. When recorded in 1973 the round barrow was just discernable as a slight earthwork. There is now no trace of the round barrow. The remaining bowl barrow has been scheduled.
