The earthwork remains of five Bronze Age bowl barrows and one oval barrow situated on Mount Ararat and Pistle Down. The barrows were recorded by LV Grinsell in 1959 and by the RCHME in 1975. They have mounds composed of sand, turf, and earth and are surrounded by infilled quarry ditches surviving as buried features. The oval barrow was excavated by Dr Smart in 1928, when four barbed and tanged arrowheads were recovered. Scheduled.
