Most scheduled monuments are not occupied buildings and have no postal address or postcode of their own. In rural and coastal areas, the nearest geocodable postal address may be several miles away.
A round barrow situated 770 metres south west of Newton Brow, at the north edge of the North York Moors. The barrow has an earthen mound which measures 5 metres in diameter and stands up to 0.4 metres high. It was originally surrounded by a ditch up to 2 metres wide which has largely become filled in over the years and is now only visible as a shallow depression around the base of the mound. Scheduled.
