2 ditched Roman barrows situated either side of Ermine Street and separately scheduled. The most southerly barrow is situated 290 metres east of St Bartholemews Church. The barrow has a conical mound with a flat platform top. The north eastern edge of the mound and ditch are cut by Ermine Street. The southern half of the ditch has been truncated by modern building work. The second barrow is situated 180 metres to the north west.
