Notes

Medieval or later packhorse bridge, which now carries a footpath over Aldbourgh Beck. The bridge is built of rubble stone, with three arches and is roughly 25 metres long. The bridge's two piers are of different widths but are similar in design. The original date of the bridge is unclear, but it lies on a known medieval packhorse route and is therefore believed to be early in origin.
